Situated in Playa Blanca, 250 metres from Flamingo Beach and less than 1 km from Playa Blanca, Villas New Lanzasuites features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property has garden views and is 1.4 km from Playa Dorada. It's relaxing, it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, from cookware to a mini (bluetooth) sound system, from a comfortable bed to a great patio, 2 TVs in both the living room and bedroom etc. Believe it or not, a previous stay here determined me to go back to Lanzarote; and it won't be the last.

A car rental service is available at luxury casa playa roca bord de. Very nice place, clean and good facilities. Right next to the prominade and beach. Nice swimmingpool and good host.

The holiday home provides guests with a patio, garden views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer. A fridge, an oven and stovetop are also featured, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Cristina and Isobel had given us clear intructions how to access the property. The location of our 1 bed house (No 102) was superb looking straight out at the sea. From about 3pm you got lovely afternoon/evening sunshine allowing you to lie out on the sunbeds provided or watch the sunset from the balcony off the bedroom. The house was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is situated in a courtyard at the rear of the property with a line to dry your washing. Believe me you will not use half the clothes you bring. This house suited our needs completely. Supermarkets minutes walk away. Close to Papaguayo. Within walking distrance of the Marina Rubicon. We will definitely be back John

Set near the ocean, these luxury villas with private outdoor pools are 5 minutes' walk from Lanzarote's Rubicón Marina. Guests have use of facilities at the 5 star Hotel Volcán, 100 metres away.
Each spacious, bright villa is air conditioned and barbecue facilities are available upon request. The living room has a sofa and cable TV. There is a laptop safe, private bathroom and well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning services and change of towels and linen are provided depending on length of stay. Great spacious villa in good location. Staff were excellent. Close to lots of restaurants. Television had U.K. channels.

Set in Playa Blanca, Sun Grove Villas & Spa offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and Femés Mountains. Each villa has air conditioning, a private pool , free WiFi, and a Smart TV with satellite channels.
The Sun Grove Villas are decorated in typical Canarian colours of blue and white, with tiled floors and light wood furniture. The living-dining room opens onto the pool area and contains sofas, and a Nintendo Wii. The modern kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped villa. The area was very quiet and perfect for us as we had a hire car. The super kingsize bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. Air conditioning throughout was efficient as were the showers in the 2 bathrooms. The heating of the swimming pool meant that I spent a lot more time in there than I usually do - very relaxing! We couldn't get the tv to work so rang the number on the info and they sent someone round straightaway to sort it. Altogether an excellent villa that gave us a great holiday.

These modern villas are located within Lanzarote's Marina Rubicón Port, and a 15-minute walk from central Playa Blanca.
There is a table and chairs on the garden terrace. Each villa also has its own private poolside barbecue area and sun loungers. The Villa was a great size, nice pool, modern furniture. The location is one that we know well and is ideally located for the marina. Supermarket is close by too.

The Villas Salinas are in a quiet area in Matagorda, 300 metres from the beach. Each villa has a large outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace.
All villas have 2 or 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. There are also 2 bathrooms, including 1 en suite bathroom. There is a practical kitchen. Location was perfect, pool was great that was cleaned once whilst we was there in a weeks holiday, we was a 5min walk from the beach, 5min walk from bars and restaurants

Beautiful little house that felt like home. Hot shower and beautiful bathroom with natural light. Kitchen had everything for cooking nice dinners and breakfasts . Comfortable couch in the living room and comfy beds.House was very clean. There was a set of Aloe shampoos and gels for us , which was very thoughtful. And not to forget very welcoming host Elizabeth and her adorable daughter )

Biggest plus about this property to my mind is it's location. Two minute walk to ' the strip' and beach, bus stops and taxi ranks and all the bars and restaurants. Property itself was very clean with all basic amenities we needed. Wasn't cleaned ( mops etc supplied) due to COVID restrictions.. Would recommend if looking for basic , well situated base

I've stayed before so knew exactly what to expect. The apartment I had was one of the yet to be renovated ones, but they're functional which is all I need. These suit me, but not everyone will like them. I like the mix of residential holiday rental and holiday homes in the complex, it's near enough yet far enough from everything I want to do. Everyone in the complex seems to give each other space, it's not unfriendly, it's respectful.
